Growing up in Africa, Kris Jaeger discovered early in life that she had a heart for those in need. As a missionary child, she had the opportunity to live in Cameroon and Nigeria.

Her unique background drew her to Compassion. “I love working for Compassion,” she explains. “They understand poverty and tackle the problem through local churches and local people. And they focus on developing the whole person. They do it right — and lives are changed.”

Kris joined Creative Blue in November 2003 as a Print Production Specialist. In her role she helps manage the final production of projects. She enjoys working with creative teams and suggesting possible solutions. She also selects and works with the best vendors to create the finished product.

She previously worked at FastFrame, managing customer service, sales and framing operations. Kris has over six years of experience as a print buyer and more than 17 years of experience with creative problem-solving. She holds a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in graphic design and printmaking. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and learning about African art and history. She also loves collecting African and Native American arts and crafts.
