Video Production Program Manager Ric Sieben has worked at Compassion for six years. Responsible for all things video and audio, he is a capable producer/director with a strong post-production background and more than 20 years of experience.

Ric has been owner/producer/director at e7 Media; senior producer at IMS Productions and Pan Studios; and production manager at KXRM-Fox21. Between 1992 and 2008 he earned national, regional and local awards including a dozen Telly Awards, three Vision Awards, two Communicator Awards, one Business Promotion and Marketing Association Award, nearly two dozen Colorado Broadcast Association Awards, and over a dozen Pikes Peak Advertising Federation Addy Awards, including two “Best of” category awards.

What Ric likes best about his job is “the privilege to meet people from around the world and tell their stories.”
When he was a little kid, Ric thought he might become an astronaut or a rock star. Now he shares these words from Bono: “And this wise man asked me to stop. He said, ‘Stop asking God to bless what you’re doing. Get involved in what God is doing— because it’s already blessed.’”

Married since 1988, Ric lives with Lisa in Monument. He is proudly owned by two Siamese cats, Eva and ZsaZsa.
